Ans2: As per HUF Law If that property is owned by your father only then he can do that but, if it comes from your grand father then he can not do that, In that case you have right on that property.

Ans3:  No, that Act was Repeal by Govt.

Que4: Dear Sir, I want to do N.A for my industry, so is it possible after sale deed?

Ans4: Yes, U/S 63AA you can apply for N.A for industrial use purpose, for that you has to inform collector in 30 days of sale deed.

Ans5: Yes, it’s compulsory.

Que6: Hello Sir, if I want to know about final allotted plot in T.P scheme then what should I do?

Ans6: Whenever you planning to buy a land in T.P scheme make sure you verify “F” form of that particular land.

Que7: Hello Sir, Can I do sale deed by Power Of Attorney?

Ans7: Yes, in now days you can do any sale deed by POA.

Que8: Hello sir, if I want to map my land by Govt. officer then what should I do?

Ans8: If you want to do survey of your land then you have to contact Govt. Surveyor of DILR (District Inspector Land Records) department.
